Q. Do you offer a measuring service?
Yes, we provide free of charge measure appointments. You can either visit our showroom or phone us to arrange an appointment suitable for you. We do recommend that you have an idea of product, style or colour scheme as this can help our designers to cater the best type of service for you.
Q. Are there any additional fitting or making costs?
All of our quotes contain upfront costs, there are no hideen charges
Q. What is your lead time from order to completion?
Roman blinds, Curtains & Alterations = Six - Seven weeks
Roller, Vertical, Pleated & Venetian blinds = Two - Three weeks*
Wallpaper & fabric by the metre = One week*
Lampshades, cushions & other home accessories = Two - Three weeks

Q. Can you alter my existing curtains?
Yes, subject to the curtains being dry cleaned beforehand. We offer both shortening and lengthening services.

Q. Can I request a designer to give style advice by appointment?
We can only offer style advice alongside a confirmed measure appointment, we cannot give design advice solely. However, we are more than happy to help you explore options in our showroom.
Q. I am currently having my property decorated, what needs to be completed before you measure up or install?
We reccomend that all carpets and floorings are down at the time of your measure appointment and all tiling must be complete as this will have a drastic effect on the measurements, resulting with inaccurate product fits. Please note we cannot install products onto porcelain tiles.
Q. Will a deposit be required with my order?
Yes (If the order is over £100), we will require 50% of the grand total for an order to be placed. This is payable via cash, debit/credit card (excluding American Express) or cheque.
Q. Another company can offer me a lower total for the same product, can you price match?
Yes, however we can only price match if the sum includes fitting and making costs - not fabric alone and the other supplier details must be provided. Please note we can only price match before the order has been confirmed.
Q. Can I place an order with my own measurements?
We do recommend a measure appointment for peace of mind, however if you wish to use your own measurements we cannot accept responsibility for any faults with the product/s.
Q. Can you make curtains or roman blinds using my own fabric?
No. The fabric must be supplied by our company.

Please note our opening times will vary for bank holidays, Christmas & New year so do check with us to ensure our availability. Our Roundhay store is closed Sundays and Mondays and our Horsforth store is open on a part time basis.
