These terms of business are to protect and clarify the legal rights of our customers as well as ourselves.
Please read these terms carefully before indicating your acceptance.
As you will be aware at procurement to your order we have to place orders with our suppliers to try and maintain timelines of supply to you the customer.
We require you to confirm you are happy to allow us to process your order within the 14 days cooling off period under the ‘Consumer Protection Act’.
Please note that if you were to change your mind within the cooling off period but after consent, you will be liable to reimburse to us all our reasonable expenses incurred in processing your order.
Before cutting fabric check design, colour and quantities are correct and no faults are present as we cannot deal with any discrepancies after the fabric has been cut.
Any claims must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery.
Always get your machinist or the person making up the fabric to calculate how many metres are required as we do not take responsibility for over or under estimated quantities
All wallpapers are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Always get your decorator or the person doing the wallpapering to calculate how many rolls are required as we do not take responsibility for over or under estimated quantities.
Inspect Each Roll - Before cutting and hanging the wallcovering, ensure that all rolls have the same batch reference, are in good condition, with no variation in shade, and that no other faults are present.
Examination of the paper before hanging is your responsibility.
Read Manufacturer’s Instructions – Always read the manufacturer’s hanging instructions, not preparing, using the appropriate paste or hanging correctly could damage the wallcovering.
Do not assume that the wallpaper will come off the roll the correct way up. Always refer to the pattern book or check with the retailer.
Pasting and Hanging – After hanging 2 or 3 lengths, inspect the result to ensure that no shading or other faults are present. No claim can be made after more than 3 lengths have been hung.
Any claims must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
In the event wallpaper is flawed we are not liable for any rehanging costs incurred.
Missed fitting appointments will be subject to a charge of £35.
Our fitters always endeavor to make appointments on time but we would ask all our clients to allow ½ hour grace either side of the time arranged due to unforeseen circumstances.
Windows must be clear and accessible to our fitters.
Our fitters will not move valuables on your behalf. If the fitters agree
to help move valuables or furniture we do not take responsibility for
All our fitters reserve the right not to proceed if windows are not
accessible which will subsequently incur a £35 re-booking charge.
We must be made aware at the beginning of an order of any possible
changes i.e. coving, flooring, skirting, radiators, tiling etc. in the relevant room to avoid further alteration costs to you.
It is unknown how strong any wall may be until work has started, on very
rare occasions if secure fixings cannot be achieved alternative ways of fixing will be discussed with possible further costs involved.
We require a 50% deposit if an order totals £100 or more. Full payment is required if the order is less than £100. Any remaining balances are due either on collection or once the order has been installed.
Please note that we do not store any financial details [credit & debit card information] of our customers.
Nor do we share any personal details with third parties.

Please note our opening times will vary for bank holidays, Christmas & New year so do check with us to ensure our availability. Our Roundhay store is closed Sundays and Mondays and our Horsforth store is open on a part time basis.
